3. Rotate Screen in Windows using NVIDIA Control Panel
Note: This method will only work if you have an NVIDIA graphics card configured on your computer’s hardware.

Step 2: In the “Display” section, select the “Rotate Display” option.

Step 3: Choose the Display (if using dual monitors, if not, then proceed as it is) and select the desired orientation.
Select the “Portrait mode” from the drop-down menu to rotate or flip the display to the vertical orientation that is 270 degrees.
Select the “Portrait (Flipped) mode” to rotate or flip the screen upside-down which is 90 degrees.
